When can I expect my candle?
- Anna's Candles are made to order. The candle will be completed within three days and will be promptly shipped out within 1 business day after production.

Can I request a color/design you don't have?
- Yes, visit this link to request a 15 oz candle and this link to request an 11 oz candle.

What makes your candles different?
- Each candle is hand-painted, hand-poured, made with natural soy wax, and infused with high quality candle oils that are paraben and phthalate free.

Why are some of the candles more expensive?
- Each candle is priced based off of size of the candle and intricacy of the design.

What do I do when my candle is all gone?
